How to measure

Stand on a sheet of paper and measure from your heel to your longest toe. Measure both feet in the afternoon and use the longer foot. Measure foot girth around the widest part of your forefoot and foot width across that same area.

Fit advice

Choose by the recommended foot-length range. For wider feet or a higher instep, consider one size up.

Shoe Care

Care for your shoes according to their material and finish. Always test any care product on a small, hidden area first.
For smooth leather, gently remove dust with a soft, dry cloth. Use a cleaner or conditioner suitable for the leather; avoid over-applying products.
For suede or nubuck, use a suitable suede brush when the shoes are dry. Do not use ordinary leather cream or polish. For patent, metallic, crackled or other special finishes, use only products specifically suitable for that finish.
Avoid soaking, machine washing and prolonged exposure to rain. If your shoes become damp, gently blot away moisture and allow them to air-dry naturally, away from heaters and direct sunlight.
Store in a cool, dry place. Use shoe trees or clean, unprinted paper to help maintain the shape, and support boot shafts when storing.
Allow shoes to rest between wears. Check soles and heel tips regularly, and have worn parts replaced by a professional cobbler.
